Lakeview West LLC and Lakeview Village LLC purchased 10,092 square feet at 111 N. Otterdale Road in Chesterfield for $1.75 million from NTS LLC. Michael Mayhew and Ben Bruni with Commonwealth Commercial Partners represented the seller. Kevin Specter and Mark Specter with Specter Properties represented the buyer.

Upholstery and Fabric Stores leased 17,905 square feet at 12501 Patterson Ave. in Goochland. C. Ryan Fanelli with Commonwealth Commercial Partners represented the tenant.

Sweetie Boy Gems leased 10,000 square feet at 2362 Greystone Court in Goochland. Ben Bruni and Michael Mayhew with Commonwealth Commercial Partners represented the landlord.

Synergy Technical leased 3,102 square feet at 2201 W. Broad St. in Richmond. Tucker Dowdy represented the tenant.

River Road Psychiatry leased 588 square feet at 5101 Monument Ave. in Henrico. Tucker Dowdy and Jamie Galanti represented the landlord.

Tracey McLean leased 600 square feet at 1807 Huguenot Road in Chesterfield. Ben Boykin and Eric Hammond represented the landlord.

Former EAB buildings in Henrico sell for $5.35M

Former EAB buildings in Henrico sell for $5.35M

Formerly the headquarters of education research company EAB, the buildings are located at 1910, 1920 and 1950 E. Parham Drive. Marwaha Property Management, doing business as Marwaha Business Park LLC, purchased the buildings from SIR Properties Trust, a Henrico real estate developer. The buildings are 33,900 square feet, 28,800 square feet and 26,190 square feet.

In June 2022, EAB announced it would expand and relocate, consolidating its operations into another space in Henrico. The buyer plans to rebrand the vacant complex Marwaha Property Management, according to Commonwealth’s announcement. Marwaha manages commercial and residential real estate across Virginia, and it plans to relocate its office into one of the buildings and lease the other two to other tenants.

CCP Awarded 11 Premier Class A Property Portfolio in Innsbrook
