Commonwealth Lodging 2022 Ordinary Awards Winners

The Virginia Restaurant, Lodging & Travel Association celebrated the best of the hospitality and tourism industry during the 2022 Ordinary Awards presentation and dinner at the Hilton Richmond Short Pump on Monday, October 3. Winners for the seventh annual event were announced to an audience of 320 industry peers and leaders from across the state!

Commonwealth Commercial’s affiliated company, Commonwealth Lodging, is proud to announce that Caroline Mann won the Hotel Employee of the Year award for Norfolk Waterside Marriott! Thank you, Caroline, for all of your hard work and dedication!

We are also excited to announce that Hristina Kamburova was a top finalist for the Restaurant Manager of the Year award for Norfolk Waterside Marriott! We are so proud of our team and its accomplishments.

Aramin Real Estate purchased 2,420 square feet at 802 W. Broad St. in Richmond for $480,000 from Tommy George Sotos and Tammy Marie Sotos. Tucker Dowdy and Michael Good represented the seller.

NEYRA Industries leased 10,500 square feet at 1109-1111 Oak St. in Richmond. Ben Bruni and Russell Wyatt with Commonwealth Commercial Partners represented the tenant.

The Law Offices of Michael F. Magee PLC leased 200 square feet at 1700 Huguenot Road, 2E, in Chesterfield. Ben Boykin represented the landlord.

Richmond Therapy leased 150 square feet at 1700 Huguenot Road, 2B, in Chesterfield. Ben Boykin represented the landlord.

New Hire – Christopher Wells

Please join us in welcoming Chris Wells to our Richmond Property Management team. Chris is a graduate of Longwood University and comes to us with prior property management experience. Most recently he was with Chesterfield Commercial Realty.

Promotion – Danielle Hodson

DCP New Hire – David Mayhew

​​​​​​​David Mayhew joins DCP as a project superintendent. He has 24 years of experience as a superintendent and has been in trades for 35 years.

New Hire – Angela Hoffman

We are pleased to announce that Angela Hoffman is now part of the CCP family. Angela started as an Accounts Payable temp in Financial Services.

DCP New Hire – Robert Augst

Nick joined Commonwealth Commercial in August 2022 as a Building Technician in Tampa, Florida. Nick brings many years of commercial property maintenance experience to CCP.
