Stacy Delgado, who played a pivotal role in securing the business, will continue her involvement as the property manager for this facility. With her extensive experience, she is poised to ensure the seamless operation and maintenance of this essential healthcare property.

Commonwealth Commercial Partners, LLC (CCP) has been awarded the Property and Asset Management of One Independence Park in Tampa, FL. The 115,000 square foot office building is in the Westshore district with close proximity to Tampa International Airport and Veterans Expressway.

The building sits on 9.2 acres and is fully leased to Wipro and HealthPlan Services Inc. The business plan includes management of both Healthplan Services and WiPro’s ongoing tenant buildout projects and delivery of monthly investor distributions upon the asset’s stabilization.

New Hire – Scott Francis

We are pleased to announce that we have hired Scott Francis as the Managing Director of Texas. He is a licensed broker with 15+ years of experience across myriad asset types, predominantly on the West and Gulf Coasts. As Managing Director, Scott is responsible for third-party business development and oversight of the portfolio. Previously at CBRE, he advised a $55B private equity group on their 52M SF industrial portfolio, located across the US. Scott received his BA from the University of the South (“Sewanee”) and is an active member of CCIM, Urban Land Institute, and IREM. In his free time, he enjoys traveling to Europe with his family and training for his next ultra-marathon.
