CCP Awarded 11 Premier Class A Property Portfolio in Innsbrook

RICHMOND, VA, USA, January 10, 2023 /EINPresswire.com/ — Commonwealth Commercial Partners, LLC (CCP), a leading commercial real estate firm headquartered in Richmond, Va., has been selected by Charlottesville, Virginia-based Seminole Trail Management, to exclusively handle the leasing services for 11 properties located in three of Richmond’s premier submarkets: Innsbrook, Glenside/Broad and Short Pump Town Center. CCP has also retained property management for the portfolio.

Featuring a variety of architectural styles, the Class A office buildings in Henrico County total approximately 726,000 square feet in the locations that are home to more than 100 tenants that range from small family offices to Fortune 500 companies. Large notable tenants include Northwestern Mutual, Scott Insurance, Patient First and Suez North America.

Residential boom is about to hit the Innsbrook office park in Henrico as developers plan for thousands of new apartments.

Innsbrook Corporate Center has been known for decades as a large office park in western Henrico County, but now it is being transformed into a place where you also can live.

Several projects from different developers are expected to bring more than 3,000 apartments and town homes over the next 10 years or so, transitioning Innsbrook from mostly an office park to a place where people can work, live and play.

Innsbrook office building sells for $22.75 million to out-of-town buyer

An office building in the Innsbrook Corporate Center in western Henrico County has been scooped up by an out-of-town asset management company already invested in a number of Richmond-area properties.

The RMR Group bought Liberty Plaza II at 10800 Nuckols Road for $22.75 million from Lingerfelt CommonWealth Partners last week, property records show.

The RMR Group had about $30 billion worth of assets under management including 48 properties in Virginia, according to its website.
