New Hire – Scott Francis
We are pleased to announce that we have hired Scott Francis as the Managing Director of Texas. He is a licensed broker with 15+ years of experience across myriad asset types, predominantly on the West and Gulf Coasts. As Managing Director, Scott is responsible for third-party business development and oversight of the portfolio. Previously at CBRE, he advised a $55B private equity group on their 52M SF industrial portfolio, located across the US. Scott received his BA from the University of the South (“Sewanee”) and is an active member of CCIM, Urban Land Institute, and IREM. In his free time, he enjoys traveling to Europe with his family and training for his next ultra-marathon.

DCP is proud to welcome to the team our newest Project Manager, Brittany Williams! Bringing a variety of construction experience across markets such as healthcare and MOB, manufacturing, and labs.
New Hire – Dave Adkins
We are pleased to announce that we have hired Dave Adkins as a new Property Manager for the Hampton Roads Region. Dave comes to us from Dominion Realty Partners and has over 6 years of experience in commercial real estate management.

Welcome Back – Ed Denton
We are pleased to announce that Ed Denton has rejoined CCP as Chief Development Officer for Commonwealth Lodging. Ed was integral upon CLM’s founding in 2012 and we are excited to welcome him back to our firm.

We are pleased to announce that Danielle Hodson has recently been promoted to Assistant Property Manager in the Richmond Office. Danielle started with our firm in December of 2021.
DCP New Hire – David Mayhew
David Mayhew joins DCP as a project superintendent. He has 24 years of experience as a superintendent and has been in trades for 35 years.
New Hire – Angela Hoffman
We are pleased to announce that Angela Hoffman is now part of the CCP family. Angela started as an Accounts Payable temp in Financial Services.
DCP New Hire – Robert Augst
DCP is excited to welcome Robert Augst to the team as Project Manager. With seven years of industry experience in both estimating and project management, he is experienced in projects across a variety of product types, including: Health Care, K-12, Office, and Corporate, Residential, Sports Facility, Multifamily, Historical Tax Credit, Hotel and Hospitality, and Industrial.

Nick joined Commonwealth Commercial in August 2022 as a Building Technician in Tampa, Florida. Nick brings many years of commercial property maintenance experience to CCP.
New Hire – Tiffany Wood
Please join us in welcoming Tiffany Wood as CCP’S new Property Administrator in our Nashville CBD office where she will support our management team on operations for Philips Plaza. She has over 10+ years’ experience as a Property Manager in residential property management in the Austin, TX region.

We’re pleased to announce an addition to our team, Marcus Cooper, who will fill the position of property accountant. Marcus is a 2021 graduate of Norfolk State University and has experience with financial statement preparation.
New Hire – Noah Reyes
Please help us welcome Noah Reyes to Commonwealth Commercial Partners. He is joining the Sales & Leasing team in the Virginia Beach office, and will focus initially on office, flex, and industrial properties and tenants. Noah graduated from Old Dominion University (ODU) with a B.S. in Business Administration with a Major in Finance.
Promotion – Maddison Kunkel
We are excited to announce the promotion of Maddison Kunkel to her new role as Corporate Human Resources Generalist for Commonwealth Lodging. Maddison started her career with CLM in 2018 and has previously worked at both the Norfolk Waterside Marriott, as well as the Delta by Marriott Virginia Beach Bayfront Suites.
Maddison was awarded the 2021 CLM Excellence Award. Congratulations Maddison and thank you for your support and dedication to Commonwealth Lodging.
DCP New Hire – Warren Rutledge
DCP is excited to welcome to the team Senior Project Manager, Warren Rutledge. With 18 years’ experience, Warren adds to DCP’s multifamily/mixed-use, healthcare, office, data center, and retail construction and development portfolio.
New Hire – Scott Messe
DCP is excited to welcome Scott Messe to the team as our newest Superintendent. With 18 years of experience, Scott’s history includes residential project management, iron work, and concrete and tool sales.
New Hire – Melissa Edgin

Olivia joined Commonwealth Commercial in July 2022 as a Senior Property Manager in Clayton, Missouri. Olivia brings a decade of commercial property management experience to CCP.

Ryan DelVecchio has joined the DCP Team as Assistant Project Manager. He brings 2 1/2 years of experience in project coordination and management and is a graduate from Virginia Tech with a B.S in Marketing Management.
