DLBR LLC purchased 3,120 square feet at 10384 Dow Gil Road in Hanover for $675,000 from 10384 Dow Gil Road LLC. Commonwealth Commercial Partners’ Colton Konvicka represented the buyer and Michael Mayhew and Ben Bruni represented the seller.

Aramin Real Estate purchased 2,420 square feet at 802 W. Broad St. in Richmond for $480,000 from Tommy George Sotos and Tammy Marie Sotos. Tucker Dowdy and Michael Good represented the seller.

NEYRA Industries leased 10,500 square feet at 1109-1111 Oak St. in Richmond. Ben Bruni and Russell Wyatt with Commonwealth Commercial Partners represented the tenant.

The Law Offices of Michael F. Magee PLC leased 200 square feet at 1700 Huguenot Road, 2E, in Chesterfield. Ben Boykin represented the landlord.

Richmond Therapy leased 150 square feet at 1700 Huguenot Road, 2B, in Chesterfield. Ben Boykin represented the landlord.

Master Center for Addiction Medicine leased 1,296 square feet at 2505 Pocoshock Place in Chesterfield. Tucker Dowdy and Michael Good represented the landlord.

  • The Lazy Daisy Country Gift Store, LLC leased 7,274 SF at 7225 Bell Creek Road in Hanover County. Jim McVey and Morgan Trible represented the Landlord.
  • O’Reilly Automotive Services, Inc. purchased .93 acres at 715, 719 and 723 Richmond Avenue in Staunton for $575,000. Michael Morris and Jim McVey represented the Purchaser.
