  • Acupuncture Center of Richmond, Inc. leased 1,800 SF at 1507 Huguenot Road in Chesterfield County.  Eric Hammond represented the Landlord.
  • Lineage Goods leased 3,484 SF at 3106 W. Cary Street in the City of Richmond.  Jim McVey, Thomas Lynde and Michael Morris represented the Landlord.
  • Advanced Foot and Ankle of Virginia leased 900 SF at 5231 Hickory Park Drive in Henrico County.  Eric Hammond represented the Landlord.
  • Vape World and Tobacco, Inc. leased 1,480 SF at 1944 Iron Bridge Road in Chesterfield County.  John Thompson and Jim McVey represented the Landlord.

  • Home Is Where The Heart Is Corporation leased 1,148 SF at 7400 Beaufont Springs Drive in Chesterfield County.  Eliza Izard, Russell Wyatt and Jamie Galanti represented the Landlord.
  • Roclynd EB 1 LLC purchased 97,000 SF at 2717 W. Main Street in Augusta County from Wilmington Trust, National Association for $500,000.  Carl Blackwell and Ryan Fanelli represented the Purchaser.
