  • Amazing Face, LLC leased 550 SF at 6740 Forest Hill Avenue in the City of Richmond.  Eric Hammond and Tucker Dowdy represented the Landlord.
  • Joel Elston Coaching, LLC leased 1,326 SF at 6714 Patterson Avenue in the City of Richmond.  Tucker Dowdy represented the Landlord.
  • Renewal Counseling & Consultation Services leased 1,400 SF at 10100 Iron Bridge Road in the City of Richmond.  Eric Hammond represented the Landlord.
  • Maid to Sparkle, Inc. leased 589 SF at 5700 Old Richmond Avenue in Henrico County.  Tucker Dowdy represented the Landlord.
  • RoundTable Defense, LLC leased 1,500 SF at 11424 Air Park Road in Hanover County.  Jim McVey, Ben Bruni and Thomas Lynde represented the Landlord.

  • Hermitage Investment Group purchased 12,075 SF at 5212 Lewis Road in Henrico County from L.A. Benson Company, Inc. for $1,000,000.  Ben Bruni and Russell Wyatt represented the Purchaser.
  • 168 E. Belt Blvd, LLC purchased 1,380 SF at 168 Belt Boulevard in the City of Richmond from Orlando & Lee Ann Orifice & Christopher Carper for $360,000.  Ben Bruni represented the Purchaser.
