Experienced and licensed Commercial Real Estate Broker specializing in Sales/Leasing of office properties. Consistently one of the top producing agents in Richmond and in the firm. Experience includes working with landlords and property owners to fill their vacancies, sell their buildings, and add value to their bottom line by increasing operating income. Working with tenants/purchasers to assist them with site selection/identifying future office locations, lease audits, lease negotiations, purchase negotiations. Over $450,000,000 worth of Real Estate transactions closed. In the last 365 days, Jamie has successfully negotiated $29,258,500 worth of sale transactions, and 267,000 square feet of lease transactions on behalf of landlords and tenants. He has recently negotiated a large deal with a not yet disclosed law firm in downtown Richmond. He is currently representing 25 buildings totaling 2,135,692 square feet in the Richmond MSA. This year Jamie will sit for the CCIM(Certified Commercial Investment Member) exam. This designation is held by fewer than 6% of all commercial real estate professionals worldwide. Jamie sits on the Boards of Directors for FCA(Fellowship of Christian Athletes) and The Virginia War Memorial Foundation.
