With more than four years of property management experience, Viviana has strong administrative skills and knowledge of contracts and property accounting, she possesses exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills. Her competencies include proficiently managing maintenance and repair services, monitoring budgets, and adeptly resolving tenant-related matters

Education

In 2005, Viviana earned her Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Universidad del Norte in Colombia.

Accomplishments

She is an active member of BOMA Greater Tampa Bay and, she is working towards obtaining her RPA designation.

What does being a true partner to your clients mean to you?

Being a true partner means going beyond the transaction. It’s about understanding each client’s long-term goals and treating their investment as if it were my own. I focus on proactive communication, anticipating challenges, and providing solutions before they become issues.

What’s the most rewarding part of helping a client buy, sell, or operate a property?

Honestly, it’s seeing things come together after a lot of moving pieces. Whether it’s stabilizing a property, solving an issue that’s been ongoing, or helping a client reach a goal they’ve been working toward. It’s rewarding to know you made a real impact.
