As Regional Property Manager, Tripp is responsible for a portfolio of commercial office, industrial and retail properties in the Carolinas. He prides himself on meeting client needs with emphasis on tenant satisfaction, accounting accuracy and overseeing the day-to-day maintenance needs for the assets.

Experience

Prior to joining Commonwealth, Tripp worked on the facility and vendor management side of the business and brings 10+ years of experience through this diverse background. This experience helps guide our clients in the decision-making process for their properties.

In his spare time, Tripp enjoys watching App State football (Go Mountaineers!) and exploring all that North Carolina has to offer with his girlfriend, Katie, and their two Golden Retrievers, Hazel and Winnie.

What Matters

What does being a true partner to your clients mean to you?

We are on the same team. We both want the asset to perform at the top level. The client trusts us to manage the asset, and we provide prompt and detailed information so the client can make informed decisions.

What’s the most rewarding part of helping a client operate a property?

I enjoy seeing the transformation of the asset when properly managed. The attention to details we focus on will visibly increase the overall asset condition.

What role does collaboration play across Commonwealth’s service lines?

I work closely with our asset management team. Having an internal team is a game changer as we are on the same team and can resolve issues fast. It’s like a double layer of protection for the client to provide the best service possible.

What makes Commonwealth Commercial different from other firms?

The people. Everyone in the company is friendly, compassionate, and sincere.

What’s something people might not expect about you?

My first car was a 1966 Ford Mustang. I bought it from the original owner and drove it daily in high school and college. Now, it is a weekend cruiser.
