What Matters
What do clients value most after working with you?
My clients seem to value my fresh perspective on things. I am relatively young in the business and I can often offer new ideas while leaning on more senior brokers when deals get complicated.
What’s something about this market that only a local expert would know?
So many of the great assets in our market are still owned by local families and not out of town investors. Being able to pick up the phone and call these owners adds so much more value than a cold email from someone sitting in another market.
What makes Commonwealth Commercial different from other firms?
Although we have experienced significant growth as of late, it still feels like working for a small business where everyone is family. I definitely feel at home here.
What kind of people thrive at Commonwealth?
Hustlers and out of the box thinkers thrive here. Being entrepreneurial is important when you are competing with corporate flag firms, and we do that well.
Favorite way to spend a weekend?
I love to go camping with friends. Ideally somewhere that we can fish or surf!
