As Property Manager, Sara is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and operations of several office buildings comprising over 60 tenants in the Nashville area. Sara has nearly 15 years’ experience in real estate including property management, facility management and both ground-up and tenant improvement construction in addition to project management skills and certification. This experience provides Sara with strong administrative and organizational skills as well as knowledge of contracts, leases and property accounting. Her competencies include proficiently managing maintenance and repair services, overseeing tenant buildouts, monitoring budgets, and adeptly resolving tenant-related matters.
