Noah joined Commonwealth in 2022, and focuses on Hotel Investment Sales, Hotel Financing, Commercial Investment Sales, and Commercial Leasing. Prior to joining Commonwealth, he spent four years with Commonwealth Lodging, where he was involved in hotel operations across multiple properties.

For an investment deal or sale, I look at how well a deal is protected on the downside, then focus on value add opportunities that are realistic and executable.
