As Assistant Property Manager, Nicole brings a diverse background in property management, commercial and residential real estate, and operations. She is joining us from Lincoln Properties where she was an Assistant Property Manager for a medical office facility. She earned her bachelor’s degree in health sciences from Sam Houston State University and has been a licensed Texas REALTOR® since 2021.

Known for her positive attitude, attention to detail, and relationship-focused approach, Nicole enjoys building lasting connections and finding solutions that create value for both clients and tenants. She believes that proactive communication, organization, and teamwork are the foundation of successful property management and strives to provide an outstanding experience for everyone she serves.
