Maddie is a Sales & Leasing Associate with Commonwealth Commercial Partners in Richmond, specializing in office brokerage across the Richmond market. She works with tenants, landlords, buyers, and sellers to guide them through their real estate decisions with clarity, responsiveness, and a solutions-oriented approach. Known for being detail-oriented and relationship-driven, she brings a proactive mindset to every client engagement.

She has participated in more than $7.5 million in closed sales and lease transaction volume, building an active track record across a diverse range of office assignments in the Richmond market. Her experience includes representing and marketing office properties throughout the region, with exposure to both sales and leasing, and a hands-on role in deal execution from start to finish.

Maddie graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies and a minor in Business. Prior to commercial real estate, she gained hands-on sales experience with Virginia Green and served as Recruitment Director for her sorority, strengthening her leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
