As Asset Manager, Logan oversees investor relations, reporting, and lender compliance, managing performance across a diverse portfolio of commercial assets throughout the Southeastern region. She collaborates with property management and leasing teams to improve operational efficiency, increase asset value, and promote long-term growth across multiple markets.

Experience

Logan brings more than a decade of commercial real estate experience to her role. Prior to joining Commonwealth in 2026, she led property management operations across Central Virginia, overseeing a diverse portfolio of retail and office assets. In this capacity, she directed financial performance, capital planning, tenant relations, and operational strategy. Her leadership and operational excellence earned both Property Manager of the Year and Employee of the Year honors.

Education

Logan earned the Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management in 2024. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Urban and Regional Studies with a minor in Real Estate Business from Virginia Commonwealth University.

What’s the most rewarding part of helping a client buy, sell, or operate a property?

I really enjoy onboarding new assets or taking a deep, detailed look at existing ones to identify opportunities that may have been overlooked. There’s something very rewarding about uncovering ways to improve performance, increase efficiency, and add value through a better understanding of the asset.

What does being a true partner to your clients mean to you?

Being a true partner means being someone clients can genuinely rely on, not just for answers, but for perspective. It’s about staying proactive, communicating clearly, and building trust so that decisions feel informed, supported, and aligned with their long-term goals.

What do you enjoy most about working at Commonwealth?

The people and the collaborative culture. There’s a strong sense of teamwork, accountability, and support that makes it a genuinely enjoyable place to work.

What’s a value that guides how you work with clients?

Integrity is a guiding value for me. I believe in being honest, thorough, and thoughtful in every interaction, and in providing work that clients can trust to be accurate, reliable, and in their best interest.

How do you help clients see opportunities others might miss?

I focus on understanding both the financials and the day-to-day operations behind a property. By connecting the data with on-the-ground insights, I’m able to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities that can improve performance and drive long-term value.
