Liz is the Regional Operations Manager – Property Management with Commonwealth Commercial. She began her career with the company as a Property Administrator and has advanced through increasing levels of responsibility within the organization.

In her current role, Liz oversees the transition and onboarding of newly acquired and managed properties. She manages operations at new assets during the startup and stabilization phases, ensuring continuity in the event onsite teams are being recruited and established. Her responsibilities include coordinating operational implementation, supporting property setup, and facilitating the transition of assets into Commonwealth’s management platform.

Liz also assists with the training and onboarding of new property management team members, providing support on company policies, procedures, systems, and operational standards. In addition, she oversees property operations at sites requiring interim management support and works closely with regional and onsite teams during periods of transition.

Her experience includes property administration, site operations, team onboarding, and the implementation of operational processes across a diverse property portfolio.
