As Senior Investment Associate, Lindell plays a central role in driving Commonwealth’s acquisition and development pipeline. He is responsible for sourcing new investment opportunities, managing the end-to-end underwriting and due diligence process, and supporting capital formation efforts across both equity and debt.

Lindell joined the Asset Management Team in 2024.
Education
Lindell graduated from The University of Virginia in 2021 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Government.

We root our assumptions in data and industry expertise, which naturally makes us highly selective. As a result, our investors trust the proformas we put in front of them and know that we aren’t simply trying to get a deal done.
