Kristina Nayda is a commercial property management professional overseeing retail and office properties. She began her career as an Assistant Property Manager and quickly advanced to Property Manager, directing a 570,000 square foot portfolio in Wilmington, Delaware for Buccini Pollin Group. Kris is passionate about delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with tenants, clients, and business partners.

Kris joined Commonwealth in September 2026. She holds a degree in Business Finance from Rowan University in New Jersey. Outside of work, she enjoys painting, gardening, and spending time with family.
