As a Senior Property Manager, Jennifer manages a mix of office, retail, and medical office buildings throughout Richmond, Virginia, including the newly developed Sauer Center. Her responsibilities include building tenant relationships, overseeing vendor contracts & services, as well as financial reporting.

Experience

Jennifer has worked in property management since 2010 in various markets, including Washington D.C. and Charlotte, N.C. She has completed several BOMI courses towards her RPA and has her real estate license. Jen has been with Commonwealth since 2019.

Education

Bachelor of Arts in Apparel, Housing, and Resources Management from Virginia Tech

What’s the most rewarding part of helping a client operate a property?

Getting to know the client & really understand what matters most to them, then translating their goals into well-managed, high-performing properties through day-to-day operations.

A combination of the trust & relationship built over time, along with a genuine commitment to their properties. I want clients to feel confident that their properties are in good hands while keeping the broader goals in mind.
