What Matters

What’s the most rewarding part of helping a client buy, sell, or operate a property?

The most rewarding part of helping a client operate a property is seeing it grow and succeed in ways they may not have initially thought possible. It’s fulfilling to be part of that progress and to help create an environment where both the property and the people connected to it can thrive. Being able to contribute to that kind of long-term success and see the positive impact of our work is what makes it especially meaningful.

What does being a true partner to your clients mean to you?

Being a true partner to my clients means working collaboratively to enhance both tenant relationships and the overall owner experience. It involves understanding my clients well enough to anticipate their needs, often before they recognize them themselves. I also believe it requires an open and transparent relationship that builds trust and supports long-term growth and success for everyone involved.

What do you enjoy most about the communities you work in?

Nashville is a fast-growing community, so it keeps you on your toes. There's always something new to explore or set your sights on.

What’s something people might not expect about you?

I’ve been running obstacle course races in my free time for over 6 years. It has challenged me in ways I never thought it could. It’s even helped me grow as a person and learn how to deal with many challenges in my life.
