As Senior Vice President, Jamie is responsible for the sustained growth of Property Management and Asset Management Services. His responsibilities include implementation of the Business Development Plan and execution of strategic growth and expansion in all of our markets.

Jamie has over 28 years of progressive experience in investment real estate. His practice includes residential, commercial, institutional and privately owned assets. Jamie has established relationships throughout the commercial real estate community. Jamie’s real estate career began in 1986 with Virginia Realty and Development (VRD). In 1994, VRD merged with Goodman Segar Hogan Hoffler (GSHH) and Jamie took on a leadership role in Property Management. In 1998, GSHH was acquired by the St. Joe Company and became GVA Advantis. While at GVA Advantis, Jamie served as the Director of Management Services overseeing the day-to-day operations of over 10 million square feet of commercial real estate in Southern Virginia. As Jamie’s career continued to grow, he took on the position as Managing Director for the Richmond office of GVA Advantis. In this role, Jamie was responsible for the profitability of the region, business development and he served as a player coach for the brokerage team. Then in 2009, Jamie moved to First Potomac Realty Trust (FPO), a publicly traded REIT. Jamie served as the Director of Property Management for Southern Virginia overseeing the operation of up to 6 million square feet of industrial and flex properties from Richmond to Hampton Roads.
