Heather joins us with a strong background in property management, most recently spending 13 years with Brandywine Realty Trust. She currently manages the new Innsbrook Two LLC portfolio, bringing extensive experience and a thoughtful, organized approach to her role.

Throughout her career, Heather has also worked as a professional organizer as well as a relocation manager, helping tenants successfully transition when moving to new markets. Her diverse experience has given her a strong ability to manage details, build relationships, and support both tenants and teams through periods of change.

Outside of work, Heather enjoys experiencing live music and exploring local breweries. She values opportunities to get out into the community, discover new places, and enjoy time with friends and family.
