Hank joined Commonwealth in 2002. He has continued a practice of real estate services focused primarily on the brokerage of timberland, farms, recreational properties, and large transitional land tracts. Hank has offered seller and buyer representation services to institutional owners, private partnerships, conservation groups, and numerous other large private landowners across Virginia.

Prior to Commonwealth, Hank joined Virginia Realty & Relocation (1994), where he focused his practice on rural estates and agricultural properties across Central Virginia.

Hank has sold over 100,000 acres of rural real estate in central Virginia consisting primarily of institutionally and privately-owned timberland as well as agricultural and recreational properties.
