With more than 9 years of commercial real estate experience, Erica has managed more than 2 million square feet of office, medical, and retail portfolios for both institutional and private ownership groups. Her experience spans a diverse range of commercial assets, providing a well-rounded perspective on the unique operational and financial needs of each property type. Throughout her career, Erica has built a reputation for fostering strong client, tenant, and vendor relationships through proactive communication, innovative problem-solving, and a hands-on approach to property management.
