Dayne joined Commonwealth’s Sales & Leasing Team in 2026. Prior to joining Commonwealth, Dayne was an intern at Hutchins & Hutchins, a medical device distribution company, where he supported daily operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics coordination. During his internship, he analyzed operational data, prepared performance reports, and gained hands-on experience with healthcare supply chain best practices. Following his internship, Dayne transitioned into a Supply Chain Management role, where he managed end-to-end supply chain operations for regulated medical devices, optimized inventory levels, and collaborated across departments to improve operational efficiency and product availability.

Outside of work, Dayne enjoys spending time outdoors, golfing, fishing, surfing, and snowboarding.
