What Matters

What’s something you always look for when evaluating a property or deal?

The historical data is critical when evaluating a new deal. This information can help drive success post closing with the intent of seeing what has been working or what needs to be improved to drive future success.

How do you approach a deal differently than others in the market?

Our approach has always been to act and think like an owner. Sounds ‘cliché’ but it’s so important being in 3rd Property Management when serving our various clients.

What do you enjoy most about the communities you work in?

I have been fortunate to work in Nashville, TN for my entire community. The real estate community here has a strong passion for helping each other with a constant motto “rising tide lifts all boats.” We hear it all the time with company relocations or new investors coming to town. The goal is to have positive impact on community first and then drive the deal to our project second.

What makes Commonwealth Commercial different from other firms?

The timing to make a concise decision or nimble enough to tailor a need to a client makes us very unique. We take pride in keeping deals moving forward for clients opposed to having multiple layers before making a final decision.
