Caitlin Kash is Commonwealth’s Marketing Director. Previously serving in positions including Senior Brand Ambassador and Business Development Manager, Caitlin has grown within the firm across various service lines for over seven years. Throughout her roles, she has always appreciated the opportunity to develop relationships with team members across every firm capability, acting as a connector and problem solver for her colleagues. Previously, Caitlin served in Business Development and Marketing roles in the general contracting and engineering industries.

What do you enjoy most about working at Commonwealth?
When I first stepped foot in the Commonwealth office, I was told that the best part of working here was the opportunity to grow within the firm and try new things. My path, to date, has exemplified this, as my role has evolved and allowed me to take on new challenges and collaborate with colleagues across the company. Having the opportunity to represent our talented Marketing team as we support the Commonwealth team is very rewarding.
What are you doing on a perfect day off?
My family and I live in a wonderful neighborhood in the City of Richmond, within walking distance of the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts, fantastic restaurants, parks, and other cultural amenities. A perfect day off would include enjoying all of these with my husband and daughter!
