What Matters

How does Commonwealth add value beyond a typical brokerage relationship?

Commonwealth adds value by creating a goal and vision for each client individually. Not everyone has the same goal when it comes to real estate, and Commonwealth listens to each client to help achieve the outcome that they want.

What role does collaboration play across Commonwealth’s service lines?

Collaboration across multiple services lines is extremely advantageous by allowing our clients to get maximum exposure and market knowledge. We can lean on our team across multiple avenues in order to maximize a property’s potential.

What do you enjoy most about working at Commonwealth?

I enjoy the people the most. We have such a great team that has an extremely strong culture across the whole company.

What’s a value that guides how you work with clients?

Honesty is a big value of mine. I think it is very important to be honest when talking to a client about value because you want to accurately represent where a property may line up in the marketplace. If you inject lofty thoughts to help create a false narrative, it ends up doing a massive disservice to not just yourself, but your client who may greatly depend on the outcome of their real estate asset.
