As Director of Property Management, Samantha is responsible for client relationship management and personnel management of Commonwealth’s entire Property Management division. This includes onboarding, training, and mentoring staff in all markets, and overseeing several office locations. Samantha also develops and implements global and project-specific property management policies and procedures.
Experience
Samantha first joined the company in 2013 as a Senior Property Manager based in Nashville, TN. In early 2020, she relocated with her family to Indiana but returned to Commonwealth in December 2021 as a Senior Regional Property Manager. She has since advanced to Director of Property Management and brings over 20 years of experience across a variety of commercial properties to include flex, office, retail and industrial.
