KHJ Ashland purchased 20,000 square feet at 10264 Sycamore Drive in Hanover for $3 million from MCF VA III. David Williams with Commonwealth Commercial Partners represented the seller.

1-800-Pak-Rat LLC leased 69,693 square feet at 11511 N. Lakeridge Parkway in Hanover. Ben Bruni and C. Ryan Fanelli with Commonwealth Commercial Partners represented the landlord.

BG Retail leased 6,500 square feet at 7230 Bell Creek Road in Hanover. Morgan Trible and Jim McVey represented the landlord.

Curtis Process Consulting leased 3,711 square feet at 201 W. 7th St. in Richmond. Tucker Dowdy represented the landlord.

Haile Lytton Insurance Agency leased 1,874 square feet at 3410 Hermitage Road in Richmond. Tucker Dowdy represented the tenant.

Lavega Itzae Farm LLC purchased 26 acres on Darbytown Road & New Market Road in Henrico for $117,000 from Pruitt Properties. Joe Buhrman and Brent Altaffer represented the seller.

Yellow Dragonfly LLC purchased 4,500 square feet at 8157 Atlee Road in Hanover for $450,000 from John and Brenda Hamner. Colton Konvicka represented the seller.

Six brokers leaving Harrison & Bates real estate firm to join Commonwealth Commercial Partners

Six top brokers from Harrison & Bates are joining a rival commercial real estate brokerage.

The six — including David M. Williams, the president and CEO of Harrison & Bates; and Steve Gentil, the firm’s chairman who has been a broker since 1980 — are joining Henrico County-based Commonwealth Commercial Partners.

Five of the six will become senior vice presidents of Commonwealth Commercial and one will be a sales and leasing associate. They will join the company June 1.

Besides Williams and Gentil, joining Commonwealth Commercial are Chip Louthan, Bruce Milam and Kit Tyler as senior vice presidents and Colton Konvicka as a sales and leasing associate.

“They are an established brand in the industry,” Mark Claud, the founder and CEO of Commonwealth Commercial, said about the new brokers.
