• 121 W. Brookland Park Blvd, LLC purchased a 1,253 SF building at 121 Brookland Park Boulevard in the City of Richmond for $70,000.  Michael Morris represented the Seller.
• Colony Land Investments, LLC purchased 18 acres on Route 60 in Powhatan County for $350,000.  Chris Jenkins, Joe Buhrman and Bill Barnett represented the Seller.
• Community West Church leased 1,325 SF at 12202 Gayton Road in Henrico County.  Tucker Dowdy and Nash Warren represented the Landlord.
