• Cox Property, LLC purchased 15.61 acres at 12574 Broad Street Road and 1515 Little Tuckahoe Court in Goochland County from Cox Irrevocable Trust for $11,000,000.  David Williams with Commonwealth Commercial and Bill Mattox with Mattox & Company represented the Seller.
• Teresa Y. Green leased 389 SF at 201 N. Washington Highway in Hanover County.  Eric Hammond represented the Landlord.
• Virginia Association of Commonwealth’s Attorneys leased 750 SF at SunTrust Center, 919 E. Main Street in the City of Richmond.  Jamie Galanti, Russell Wyatt and Eliza Izard represented the Landlord.
