As Director of Property Management, Samantha is responsible for client relationship management and personnel management of Commonwealth’s entire Property Management division. This includes onboarding, training, and mentoring staff in all markets, and overseeing several office locations. Samantha also develops and implements global and project-specific property management policies and procedures.

Experience

Samantha first joined the company in 2013 as a Senior Property Manager based in Nashville, TN. In early 2020, she relocated with her family to Indiana but returned to Commonwealth in December 2021 as a Senior Regional Property Manager. She has since advanced to Director of Property Management and brings over 20 years of experience across a variety of commercial properties to include flex, office, retail and industrial.

What does being a true partner to your clients mean to you?

I think it means you’re not just going through the motions, you’re genuinely invested in your client’s success. You’re thinking ahead, being honest, and treating their property like it’s your own.

What role does collaboration play across Commonwealth's service lines? 

Collaboration is a big part of how we add value. By staying connected across service lines, we can take a more complete approach, solve problems faster, and help our clients get better results.

What do clients value most after working with you?

Honestly, it comes down to the people. Clients value having a team that shows up as a true partner, someone who’s engaged, brings ideas, and is invested in their success, not just acting as a third-party vendor.

What motivates you outside of work?

My family, without a doubt. They’re what keeps me grounded and motivated.
