What Matters

What does being a true partner to your clients mean to you?

At Commonwealth, we first and foremost seek partners who have shared values. We are fortunate to get to work with many partners who appreciate the value of what we do and how our work positively impacts the value of their real estate assets. In a world where real estate services can be viewed as commoditized, we seek long term relationships that are aligned and mutually beneficial. We want to grow together!

How do you help clients see opportunities others might miss?

I believe our hyperfocus on vertical integration provides a unique advantage to our clients. With “boots on the ground” in 18 markets, 250 professionals who are subject matter experts across disciplines, we see numerous opportunities every day. We understand our markets thoroughly and it gives us great pleasure to connect a client to an opportunity that they otherwise won’t see on their own.

What role does collaboration play across Commonwealth’s service lines?

Cross-collaboration is very central feature to Commonwealth’s offerings. One of strengths is our ability to design a scope of service around a client need. More often than not, that can involve pulling multiple departments together to design a comprehensive solution that achieves a client objective.

How would you describe the Commonwealth team in three words?

Family. Authentic. Passionate.
