What Matters

What does being a true partner to your clients mean to you?

Providing a “shared ownership” perspective, where we view the deal/situation as if we are long-term stakeholders. I also abide by the golden rule of treating my clients as I want to be treated

What’s the most rewarding part of helping a client buy or sell a property?

A business’s real estate assets often play a crucial role in their bottom line – Knowing I played a role in supporting the efficiency and sustainability of an organization is very satisfying.

What do clients value most after working with you?

Clients tend to value the clarity and confidence they gain throughout the process. I focus on providing transparent, data-driven market insights and straightforward guidance, so they feel fully informed at every step. Ultimately, they appreciate knowing they achieved their goals the right way—with integrity, no surprises, and a strategy they can stand behind.

How do you approach a deal differently than others in the market?

Listening first, with heavy attention to detail and an end goal. From there, we work with the client to expand on some initial requirements and tailor a strategy that aligns client expectations with market reality.

What role does collaboration play across Commonwealth’s service lines?

Collaboration is a core part of how we operate at Commonwealth. We have specialists across every asset class, so when a client has a need, we’re able to bring in the right expertise to deliver the best outcome. For example, if I’m working with a long-time office client who begins exploring land opportunities, I’ll partner with our land team to make sure they’re getting informed, specialized guidance. It really allows us to provide a more comprehensive, client-first approach
