Commonwealth Awarded Full-Service Property Management of First Building at Sauer Industrial Center

Commonwealth is pleased to announce that we have been awarded the full-service property management assignment for the first industrial building at the new Sauer Industrial Center, a Class A, master-planned industrial park in Richmond, Virginia.

Located at 6380 Miller Road in Henrico, Virginia, the first building will encompass 352,800 square feet and is expected to be completed in early 2027. Upon full buildout, Sauer Industrial Center will feature five Class A industrial buildings totaling more than one million square feet.

This assignment marks another exciting milestone in our longstanding partnership with Sauer Properties, Inc., spanning more than 30 years. We are grateful for their continued trust and look forward to building upon this valued relationship while supporting the success of this new development.
