Sydney began her career in commercial property management in 2016 in Louisville, Kentucky, where she managed a portfolio of medical office buildings throughout the Louisville and Lexington markets. In 2022, she relocated to Florida with her family and continued managing commercial properties across Florida and Alabama for the same organization. In mid-2024, another opportunity with the company brought her to Nashville, Tennessee, where she was introduced to Commonwealth the company’s maintenance services partnership.

After working alongside the Commonwealth team for a year, Sydney was drawn to the company’s collaborative culture and client-focused approach. She joined Commonwealth as a Building Operations Manager and now oversees a diverse portfolio of retail, office, medical office, and industrial properties, delivering exceptional service while fostering strong relationships with clients and tenants.
