Shari Jesse is a strategic commercial real estate professional with more than 25 years of experience managing office, retail, and mixed-use properties throughout Virginia, Maryland and North Carolina. Her background includes leadership roles with industry leading firms such as CBRE, Divaris, Developers Diversified, and Cambridge Asset Advisors.

Known for her strong financial and operational expertise, Shari has successfully managed multimillion dollar budgets, led capital improvement initiatives, and maintained high performing properties in competitive markets. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Maryland and is recognized for building strong relationships with ownership groups, tenants and vendors while driving long term asset performance.

Outside of her professional career, Shari is passionate about animal rescue and volunteers with Lil’ Roar Rescue where she helps care for and foster cats while working to find them safe, loving, forever homes.
