Melissa brings more than 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, with a background spanning both owner-operated portfolios and third-party management firms. Her unique perspective includes experience on both sides of the business, in property management and vendor sales, giving her a well-rounded understanding of client and tenant needs. Relationship-driven by nature, Melissa is passionate about delivering exceptional service, tackling complex challenges, and finding practical solutions for her clients and tenants.

As a Property Manager, Melissa oversees a portfolio of full-service commercial office buildings in High Point, North Carolina, as well as three retail properties in Morrisville, North Carolina, and Greer, South Carolina. She is committed to providing outstanding customer service, maintaining strong tenant relationships, and managing each property with a focus on operational excellence and fiscal responsibility.

Outside of work, Melissa enjoys spending time with her three grandsons, playing tennis, walking, and relaxing at the lake.
