Our Asset Management/Consulting Team brings superior experience and services to clients in Virginia. The asset manager is responsible for a portfolio of properties and complements the responsibilities of the property manager in order to maximize the asset value of their properties.

There are various disciplines involved with managing real property assets from the time of investment through the time of disposition. Acquisition, selection and supervision of property management firm, leasing and tenant relations, performance/monitoring control via operational/financial reporting, re-habilitation and peripheral development, re-financing/appraisals, risk management, ownership re-structuring, market review, and asset disposition plans are some of the many services Commonwealth Commercial provides for its clients.

We have based our program on a foundation of customer service. Our managers are accountable to and work closely with owners to develop a plan in alignment with their specific goals and objectives that enhances the value of each individual asset.
